Depression

Why am I being depressed today? Feeling meaningless of doing anything. I don't know what should I do? God please lend a hand on me. A song just popped into my head...
Whatever you do, Wherever you go, Let's praise the LORD
When everythings going wrong just sing a song and praise the LORD
For Jesus knows your trouble, your need he'll satisfied
Whatever you do, wherever you go, Let's praise the LORD
